To submit a plan for professional development annually (See Section 7.2.2.1) and to document their professional development activities annually (See Section 5.4.4).   • Responsibilities 1. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, BNY shall with respect to each Specified Country select an Eligible Foreign Custodian.
