Interagency Services Clause. Both Parties acknowledge and agree that the contracted services may be provided to any entity of the Executive Branch with which the Authority subscribes an interagency agreement or by direct disposition of the Office of the Chief of Staff of the Governor of Puerto Rico. These services will be provided under the same terms and conditions regarding work hours and/or compensation as set forth in this Agreement. For purposes of this section, the term "entity of the Executive Branch" includes all agencies of the Government of Puerto Rico, as well as its instrumentalities, public corporations and the Governor's Office.

  • Emergency Services The parties recognize that in the event of a strike or lockout, situations may arise of an emergency nature. To this end, the Employer and the Union will agree to provide services of an emergency nature.

The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the Work under the Contract. All aspects of the Project shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the State. Contractor guarantees to repair, replace, re-execute or otherwise correct any defect in workmanship, materials, or the like that fails to conform to the requirements of this Contract or that appears during the progress of the Work or within one year of final acceptance by the State.
