Common use of Intercity Transportation Clause in Contracts

Intercity Transportation. The Recipient agrees to spend a minimum of at least fifteen (15) percent of its Federal assistance authorized under 49 U.S.C. § 5311(f) each fiscal year for intercity transportation Projects, unless the chief executive officer of the State or his or her duly authorized designee has certified to FTA that the intercity bus service needs within the State are being adequately fulfilled.
