Common use of Interconnection Customer Authority Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer Authority. Consistent with Good Utility Practice and the LGIA and the LGIP, Interconnection Customer may take actions or inactions with regard to the Large Generating Facility or Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities during an Emergency Condition in order to (i) preserve public health and safety, (ii) preserve the reliability of the Large Generating Facility or Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities, (iii) limit or prevent damage, and (iv) expedite restoration of service. Interconnection Customer shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect of such actions or inactions on the Transmission System and Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities. Transmission Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to assist Interconnection Customer in such actions.

Interconnection Customer Authority. Consistent with Good Utility Practice and the this LGIA and the LGIP, the Interconnection Customer may take whatever actions or inactions with regard to the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer's ’s Interconnection Facilities during an Emergency Condition in order to (i) preserve public health and safety, (ii) preserve the reliability of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer's ’s Interconnection Facilities, (iii) limit or prevent damage, and (iv) expedite restoration of service. Interconnection Customer shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect of such actions or inactions on the Transmission System and the Transmission Provider's Owner’s Interconnection Facilities. Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to assist Interconnection Customer in such actions.

Transmission Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to assist Interconnection Customer in such actions.

Interconnection Customer shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect of such actions or inactions on the Transmission System and Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities. Transmission Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to assist Interconnection Customer in such actionsits efforts.

Consistent with Good Utility Practice and the LGIA QFTIA and the LGIPQFTIP, Interconnection Customer may take actions or inactions with regard to the Large Generating Qualifying Facility or Interconnection Customer's ’s Interconnection Facilities during an a System Emergency Condition in order to (i) preserve public health and safety, (ii) preserve the reliability of the Large Generating Qualifying Facility or Interconnection Customer's ’s Interconnection Facilities, (iii) limit or prevent damage, and (iv) expedite restoration of service. Interconnection Customer shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect of such actions or inactions on the Transmission System and Transmission Provider's Company’s Interconnection Facilities. Transmission Provider Company shall use Reasonable Efforts to assist Interconnection Customer in such actions.actions.‌
