Interconnection Operating Procedures Clause Samples
The Interconnection Operating Procedures clause defines the rules and protocols that govern how interconnected parties operate and coordinate their systems or facilities. Interconnection Operating Procedures. Prior to the energization of the Interconnection, the Owners shall develop written operating procedures, in accordance with WECC reliability requirements, governing operation of the Interconnection by the Operator. The Owners may, by mutual written agreement, amend and supplement the operating procedures, in accordance with WECC reliability requirements, governing operation of the Interconnection by the Operator.
Interconnection Operating Procedures. Facility operating procedures regarding safe and reliable parallel operation of the Facility, which, if required, the Parties will establish in connection with Initial Synchronization. ITS: The Georgia Integrated Transmission System, which is owned individually by GPC, Georgia Transmission Corporation (“GTC”), Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia (“MEAG”), and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Utilities (“Dalton”) and operated as an integrated transmission system for transmitting, receiving, or distributing electric energy or capacity.
Interconnection Operating Procedures. Under normal operating conditions, the interchange of energy will be maintained using the two interconnections. Under emergency conditions, assistance will be requested and energy will be taken subject to the supplying party conditions, such energy will be accounted as emergency energy pursuant to Section 4 of Interchange Service A.
