Each Party shall provide the other Party with Interconnection to its network at the following points for transmission, routing and termination subject to the availability of facilities. Interconnection at a BA-IP that is a Local Serving Wire Center provides access to all of facilitiesthe Interconnection Points identified below (except for paragraphs 8 through 11), via facilities appropriate for the traffic types and destinations identified below. Compensation for such facilities will be as set forth in Exhibit A or as provided elsewhere herein.
