INTERIM RENTAL. During the Interim Term, Lessee shall pay rent monthly ("Interim Rental"), on a calendar month basis, in an amount determined by Lessor by applying the "Interim Rental Rate" set forth in the Lease to portions of the Total Cost then or theretofore expended by Lessor, for the number of days such sums are outstanding during such calendar month. Lessee shall pay Lessor each installment of Interim Rental on the fifteenth day after the end of such calendar month.

INTERIM RENTAL. During the Interim Term, Lessee shall pay rent monthly ("Interim Rental"), on a calendar month basis, in an amount determined by Lessor by applying the "Interim Rental Rate" set forth in the Request to Purchase to portions of the Total Cost then or theretofore expended by Lessor, for the number of days such sums are outstanding during such calendar month. The "prime rate" referred to in this Lease shall mean the rate per annum announced by Chase Manhattan Bank, New York City, from time to time as its prime rate, whether or not such rate is applied by said bank to any then outstanding loans, changing with each announced change of such prime rate. Lessee shall pay Lessor each installment of Interim Rental on the fifteenth day after the end of such calendar month.
INTERIM RENTAL. Per day rental for the period from delivery to the first of the following month calculated as Monthly Rental divided by 30 times the number of days from the Delivery Date through the end of the month in which the Equipment is delivered plus applicable taxes.

  • Interim Rent For the period from and including the Commencement Date to the Basic Term Commencement Date ("Interim Period"), Lessee shall pay as Rent ("Interim Rent") for each unit of Aircraft, the product of the Daily Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor's Cost of such unit times the number of days in the Interim Period. Interim Rent shall be due on February 01, 2002.

  • Base Rental (a) Lessee hereby agrees to pay to Lessor, without setoff or deduction whatsoever, a monthly installment of $3,284.00. Lessee shall also pay, as additional rent, all such other sums of money as shall become due from and payable by Lessee to Lessor under this Lease (Base Rental, any adjustment thereto pursuant to Section 4 hereof, and all such other sums of money due from and payable by Lessee pursuant to this Lease are sometimes hereinafter collectively called "rent"), for the nonpayment of which Lessor shall be entitled to exercise all such rights and remedies as are herein provided in the case of the nonpayment of Base Rental.   • Minimum Rental Beginning with the Commencement Date and continuing through the Expiration Date or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall pay Minimum Rental in accordance with the schedule set forth in Section 1(g) in equal monthly installments each in advance on or before the first day of each month. If the Commencement Date is a date other than the first day of a calendar month, the Minimum Rental shall be prorated daily from such date to the first day of the next calendar month and paid on or before the Commencement Date.

  • Base Rent Lessee shall pay Base Rent and other rent or charges, as the same may be adjusted from time to time, to Lessor in lawful money of the United States, without offset or deduction, on or before the day on which it is due under the terms of this Lease. Base Rent and all other rent and charges for any period during the term hereof which is for less than one full month shall be prorated based upon the actual number of days of the month involved. Notwithstanding that the payment of Annual Fixed Rent payable by Tenant to Landlord shall not commence until the Rent Commencement Date, Tenant shall be subject to, and shall comply with, all other provisions of this Lease as and at the times provided in this Lease. The Annual Fixed Rent and all other charges for which provision is made in this Lease shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord without setoff, deduction or abatement.
