Intermediate Brokers and Other Agents. We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, arrange for any Transaction to be affected with or through the agency of an intermediate broker, who may be an Affiliate of ours, and may not be in the United Kingdom. Neither, we nor our respective directors, officers, employees or agents will be liable to you for any act or omission of an intermediate broker or agent. No responsibility will be accepted for intermediate brokers or agents selected by you.

If the Firm is not a member of a particular trading venue, the Firm may choose to transmit orders for execution on the Client's behalf with or through an intermediate broker, including a Clearing Member, and the Firm may use other parties or agents in the course of providing related Services. Any such intermediate broker, party or agent may or may not be an Affiliate of the Firm, and may not be in the UK. The Firm, its Associates and their respective directors, officers, employees or agents will not be liable to the Client for any act or omission of an intermediate broker, party or agent.

Neither GTJAS nor its directors, officers, employees or agents will be liable to the Client for any act or omission of an intermediate broker or agent. GTJAS accepts no responsibility for intermediate brokers or agents selected by the Client.
