Intermittent or Reduced Work Schedules. An employee may request an intermittent or reduced work schedule in accordance with the provisions of the FMLA. The Employer may temporarily reassign the employee requesting the intermittent or reduced work schedule when necessary to accommodate the leave in accordance with Article 13, Section B.7.
