Internal. You may transfer your copy of the Software to a different device. After the transfer, you must completely remove the Software from the former device.

Internal. You may transfer your copy of the Software to a different device subject to the provisions of this Agreement. You must first uninstall the Software from the original device to free up your license.

Internal. You may transfer the Software to an alternative system. After the transfer, You must completely remove the Software from the former system.

Internal. The Licensee may transfer the Software and the XXXX to a different Device at the same Site, provided the Licensee (i) completely removes the Software from all prior Devices in case of Single Device License and/or (ii) respects the Floating Device Volume. In order to accomplish these transfers the Licensee may need to contact CEVOTEC.

Internal. Contractor shall maintain an internal review process to resolve Enrollee’s written or oral expression of dissatisfaction regarding the Contractor and/or Provider, including appeals of claims and benefit determinations, and complaints relating to the scope of Covered Services required to be provided under the QHP. Contractor’s processes shall comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, those set forth at Health and Safety Code Section 1368.

Internal. 7.1.1 Contribute to the culture of the decision making processes incorporating co-operation, collaboration and shared accountability with other staff and WHV Board members. 7.1.2 Work in close collaboration with WHV’s Policy and Health Promotion Manager and other members of the Policy and Health Promotion Team.

User may also make a one-time transfer of a CAL to another of User’s Users or Devices located at the same Site. In order to accomplish these transfers User may need to contact E-ON.

Internal. 2.1.1 Under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, The Scottish Secure Tenants (Compensation for Improvements) (Scotland) Regulations 2002 tenants have the right to undertake alterations and improvements to their home. (Refer to Appendix One). 2.1.2 Furthermore, where a tenant has carried out certain qualifying works with the consent of the landlord, and met all qualifying conditions, they, or other qualifying persons, are entitled to be compensated for these works when the tenancy ends.
