Internal Practices, Books, and Records. Business Associate must make its internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI received from, or created or received by the Business Associate on behalf of, the City available to the Secretary for purposes of determining compliance with HIPAA. Business Associate also must make internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI received from, or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of, the City available to the City in a time and manner designated by the City, for purposes of the Secretary determining City’s compliance with HIPAA.
Internal Practices, Books, and Records. Business Associate shall make available its internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI received from, created, or received by Business Associate on behalf of Logicalis or the Covered Entity to the Secretary or his or her agents for the purpose of determining Logicalis or the Covered Entity’s compliance with the Privacy Standards.

Make its internal practices, books, and records related to the use and disclosure of PHI received from, or created or maintained by the Company on behalf of the Covered Entity, available to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”) or a state regulatory body for the purposes of determining compliance with HIPAA and/or other applicable law.

Contractor shall make available its internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI received from, created, or received by Contractor on behalf of BHL to the U.S. Department of Heath and Human Services or his designee for the purpose of determining BHL’s compliance with 45 C.F.R.
Internal Practices, Books, and Records. The Subcontractor shall make its internal practices, books and records relating to the use or disclosure of PHI available to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”) or state regulatory body in a time and manner designated by the Secretary or state regulatory body for purposes of determining compliance with HIPAA and/or applicable state law. Notwithstanding this provision, no attorney-client, accountant- client or other legal privilege will be deemed waived by the Subcontractor or the Business Associate as a result of this Agreement.

Business Associate shall make its internal practices, books and records relating to the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information received from, or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of Covered Entity available to the Secretary, or their designees, for purposes of determining and facilitating Business Associate's and Covered Entity's compliance with the Privacy Standards and Security Standards.
Internal Practices, Books, and Records. FACT shall make available its internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI received from, created, or received by FACT on behalf of the Surveyed Organization to the Secretary or his/her agents for the purpose of determining the Surveyed Organization’s compliance with the HIPAA Privacy Standards, the HIPAA Security Standards, and the HITECH Standards.

Upon request of MCHCP or the Secretary, Business Associate will make its internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI received from, or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of MCHCP available to MCHCP and/or the Secretary in a time and manner designated by MCHCP or the Secretary for purposes of determining MCHCP’s and/or Business Associate’s compliance with the HIPAA Rules.
Internal Practices, Books, and Records. Business Associate will make its internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI available to the Secretary for purposes of determining Covered Entity’s and Business Associate’s compliance with the Privacy Rule. Business Associate will notify Covered Entity regarding any PHI that Business Associate provides to the Secretary concurrently with providing the requested PHI to the Secretary. Upon request by Covered Entity, Business Associate will provide Covered Entity with a duplicate copy of the requested PHI. Notwithstanding this provision, no attorney-client, accountant-client or other legal privilege or immunity will be deemed waived by Business Associate or Covered Entity as a result of this section.

Manager shall make available its internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI received from, created, or received by Manager on behalf of the Company to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or its agents for the purpose of determining the Company’s compliance with the Privacy Standards, or any other health oversight agency, or to the Practice.
