Internal Selection. Any member of the bargaining unit who meets the posted qualifications may apply for the position. All qualified internal applicants will be granted an interview. If the District selects an internal applicant for the position, the assignment will be made on the basis of the job description qualifications. If two or more applicants are equally qualified, the most senior employee will be selected.
