International Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $0.00 for DS-3 International Private Line Service between Mexico and San Antonio, TX. Charges for Mexico backhaul and local loop access service in Mexico and the U.S. are not included, but pricing does include backhaul charges in the U.S. between Points of Presence in California and Texas. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly local loop charge of $5,903 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 for GBE 600M special access between 1 Circuit ID mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. International Private Line Service. In lieu of all other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $12,000.00 for 2.048 Mbps International Private Line Service between two locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company, based on Route. Access charge is not included in this rate and will be charged separately. This rate includes Lagos, Nigeria Access Charges. Discounts:
International Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit IOC charges ranging from $1,900.00 to $20,000.00 for the US ½ circuit portion of International Private Line 1024 Kbps and DS-3 Service between the United States and the India.
International Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge of $894 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 for U.S. ½ circuit IOC portion of the T1 International Private Line Service between 2 locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. In the event of early cancellation for International Private Line circuit such termination shall not be effective until 30 days after the Company receives written notice of termination and the Customer will pay, within 30 days after such Termination Effective Date: (i) all accrued but unpaid charges for International Private Line service incurred through the Termination Effective Date, plus (ii) an amount equal to 100% of the Monthly Fees for International Private Line circuit remaining in the unexpired portion of the circuit term calculated from the Termination Effective Date.
International Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $900 to $1,623 for 2.048M International Private Line originating in Costa Rica and terminated in the United States. This rate does not include charges for local loop access services and applies only to the US half-circuit IOC portion of the circuit.
International Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly IOC charges ranging from $750 to $5,065 for E1 (2.048M) between Ecuador, Honduras, and Jacksonville, FL. Discounts:
International Private Line Service. In lieu of all other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $509 for International Private Line Service between Pompano Beach, FL and Costa Rica at 1,024 Kbps and using preferred routs.
International Private Line Service. In lieu of all other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring IOC charges ranging from $806.58 to $1,713.72 for E1 point to point International Private Line Service between locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and the Company. M1/3 Multiplex: In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $300 per Central Office Connection for M1/3 multiplexing. Dedicated Access: Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $414 to $4,788 and a non-recurring charge of $0 for 10G IXC Pop to Customer (Protected), 10G IXC Pop Colo (Unprotected) and 10G LAN/PHY (Protected) Dedicated Access Service. Ion lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a $3,150 monthly recurring rate for the U.S. half circuit portion of International Private Line (IPL) Service at DS-3 between 2 locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charges ranging from $500 to $6,000 and per-circuit mile charges ranging from $1.20 to $17.00 for Private Line IXC TDS 1.5, TDS 45, OC3 and OC12 Service.
