International Standards and Standard-Setting Bodies. 1. The Parties recognise that the International Organization for Standards (hereinafter referred to as the “ISO”), the International Electrotechnical Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “IEC”) and the International Telecommunication Union (hereinafter referred to as the “ITU”) are the relevant international standard-setting bodies for EMC and safety of covered products.3 3 The Parties may agree in the future by decision of the Trade Committee on any new international standard-setting bodies which they deem relevant for the purpose of implementing this Article.

  • Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.

  • Applicable Technical Standards The Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards that apply to the Customer Facility and the Interconnection Facilities are identified in Schedule D to this ISA.

  • Professional Standards The Contractor agrees to maintain the professional standards applicable to its profession and to Contractors doing business in the United States Virgin Islands.
