Internet Rights. JV may sell Products via the Internet pursuant to Paragraph 5(b).
Internet Rights. Limited to those rights necessary for promotion of the Series. PFW shall retain all other Internet rights. All websites maintained by PFW, SSE and/or Licensee shall display prominent links on home pages to each other. Parties will negotiate in good faith SSE’s profit participation in any Internet site.
Internet Rights. Schedule 4.05(b) lists all of the Internet web sites and Internet domain names owned or used by Licensor and each of its Subsidiaries in the Wireless Business, or in which they have any rights (collectively, the “Internet Rights”). Each of the Internet Rights has been registered in the name of Licensor or one of its Subsidiaries, as appropriate and is in compliance with Law.

Schedule 5.20(h) lists all of the Internet web sites and Internet domain names owned by the Seller or used in conducting the Business, or in which they have any rights (collectively, the “Internet Rights”). Each of the Internet Rights has been registered in the name of the Seller. No Internet Right has been, or is now, involved in any dispute, opposition, invalidation or cancellation proceeding and, to the Seller’s Knowledge, no such proceeding is threatened.
Internet Rights. Licensee may sell Products via the Internet pursuant to Paragraph 5(b) and will pay the royalties set forth in Paragraph 7(b) below. Licensee shall require its customers and their site operators to inform potential purchasers that the Products may be delivered only within Territory and Licensee will refrain from making sales or shipments to customers outside the Territory. NBC may terminate this agreement in the event Licensee falls to comply with the terms of this Paragraph 5(d).

Internet Rights. 7.1 Pearson will build all Websites using the Domain Names at Xxxxxxx’x sole expense including the building of the core site, versioning the core site for each Relevant Territory and maintenance, updating and running costs for each Website.
7.2 The design of the core site will be approved by 19 TV.
7.3 Pearson will pay to 19 TV 50% of Net Receipts from the operation of Websites.
