Interoffice Mail Service. ‌ The CMEA shall be allowed reasonable use of City interoffice mail service, telephone, voice mail and email for the distribution of information related to Association meetings and activities, provided such materials do not violate Article 2 (Nondiscrimination) of this MOU or Administrative Instruction 71 (dated April 1, 2004), as amended, and are neither defamatory nor of a partisan political nature.
