Common use of Interpretation committee Clause in Contracts

Interpretation committee. The parties to this CA have established a permanent committee whose task is to interpret this CA against the backdrop of the negotiations conducted and the parties' intentions that have become apparent during these negotiations. The committee is made up of four persons and is composed of two representatives of the negotiating party on the part of the employer and two representatives of the negotiating party on the part of the employees. Each of the parties to this CA is authorized to apply to this committee.
