Interpretation of Agreements. With respect to the subject matter hereof, the E-Commerce Agreement shall control any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the E-Commerce Agreement.
Interpretation of Agreements. In the event that the Owner Trustee is unsure as to the application of any provision of this Agreement or any other Operative Agreement or any other agreement relating to the transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements or such provision is ambiguous as to its application, or is, or appears to be, in conflict with any other applicable provision, or in the event that this Agreement or any other Operative Agreement permits any determination by the Owner Trustee or is silent or incomplete as to the course of action which the Owner Trustee is required to take with respect to a particular set of facts, the Owner Trustee shall request in writing sent in accordance with Article 14 of the Participation Agreement instructions of the Trustor and, to the extent that the Owner Trustee acts in good faith in accordance with any instructions received from the Trustor, shall not be liable to any Person; provided, that in the event that no response is made to the Owner Trustee by the Trustor within 25 Business Days after such request, the Owner Trustee shall not be liable to any Person for acts taken by the Owner Trustee in good faith or for any failure to act, except to the extent provided in the last sentence of Section 3.01 hereof.

Interpretation of Agreements. The Athabasca Agreement and Firebag Agreement shall henceforth be read and construed in conjunction with this Amending Agreement as shall be deemed to be necessary to give full force and effect to the provisions hereof and where there is a conflict between the provisions hereof and the Athabasca Agreement and Firebag Agreement, the provisions hereof shall prevail. It is hereby understood and agreed by the parties that no other provisions of the Athabasca Agreement and Firebag Agreement are varied by the execution of this Amending Agreement.
Interpretation of Agreements. All terms and conditions set forth ---------------------------- in the 1995 Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless revised and superseded herein. If there are any inconsistencies between this Amendment and the 1995 Agreement, this Amendment shall prevail. Addenda A and C of the 1995 Agreement are without further force or effect. Interpretation of Agreements. The provisions of this Agreement shall be complementary to the provisions of the General Convention and the Vienna Convention, the latter Convention only insofar as it is relevant for the diplomatic privileges, immunities and facilities accorded to the appropriate categories of persons referred to in this Agreement. Insofar as any provision of this Agreement and any provisions of the General Convention and the Vienna Convention relate to the same subject matter, each of these provisions shall be applicable and neither shall narrow the effect of the other.
