Intoxilyzer Testing for Alcohol. 30.5.4.1 Alcohol tests performed under this policy will be done with an evidential breathtesting device (EBT) certified by the Department of State Police Implied Consent Unit, otherwise known as an intoxilyzer. The EBT will be utilized first if an employee is to be tested for alcohol.
