Intraday Gas Nomination i. Notwithstanding the notification deadline set forth in Clause 3 above, the User may request to modify the Daily Nomination by specifying an amended flow rate of Gas to be delivered at the Gas Delivery Point (the “Amended Regasification Rate”) prior to the end of the Gas Day to which the Daily Nomination Notice applies by sending a notice to the Operator (“Intraday Nomination Notice”). ii. The Operator shall, subject to cool down times and the ramp-up and ramp-down times in Clause 8 of this Schedule 4, use reasonable efforts to adjust the rate of Gas delivered at the Gas Delivery Point as soon as possible after receiving the Intraday Nomination Notice, but in no event later than two (2) hours after receipt of the Intraday Nomination Notice plus any time required to cool down and/or ramp up required regasification trains pursuant to Clause 8 of this Schedule 4 (the “Response Time”). The Daily Nomination on a day where the User has issued an Intraday Nomination Notice shall be adjusted, taking into account the Amended Regasification Rate and the Response Time.

Intraday Gas Nomination. (i) Notwithstanding the notification deadline set forth in Section 4.1(i) above, Customer may request to modify its Daily Nomination Notice prior to the end of the Gas Day to which the Daily Nomination Notice applies by sending a notice to Contractor consistent with the parameters in Sections 3.1(ii) and 3.1(iii) of this Schedule IV (“Intraday Nomination Notice”). (ii) Intraday Gas Nomination shall be given by Terminal Control Room to FSRU Cargo Control Room firstly by phone; then to be later confirmed by email. (iii) Contractor shall, subject to cool down times and the ramp-up and ramp down times, use reasonable efforts to adjust deliveries as soon as possible after receiving the Intraday Nomination Notice. For the purpose of calculating the deadline for adjusting deliveries, Contractor will be taken to have received the Intraday Nomination Notice at the beginning of the subsequent hour following receipt. That is, if an Intraday Nomination Notice is received at 11:45 AM local time, the time of receipt of such notice will be taken to be noon (12.00 PM) local time.

  • Nomination The Allottee admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement on payment of 2% (two percent) of the market price prevailing at that time (to be determined by the Promoter) as nomination charge to the Promoter subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the below mentioned conditions: • The Allottee shall make payment of all dues of the Promoter in terms of this Agreement, up to the time of nomination. • The Allottee shall obtain prior written permission of the Promoter and the Allottee and the nominee shall be bound to enter into a tripartite agreement with the Owner and the Promoter. • The Allottee shall pay an additional legal fee of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the Promoter’s legal advisors towards the tripartite Nomination Agreement. • Subject to the approval and acceptance of the Promoter and subject to the above conditions, the Allottee shall be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement to parent, spouse and children without payment of the aforesaid transfer charge.

  • Nominations 4.01 Transportation Services provided hereunder shall be in accordance with the prescribed nominations procedure as set out in Schedule “B 2010” of Union’s C1 Rate Schedule.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains the existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation. 2. If the employee chooses to vacate the position or does not meet the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the layoff procedure specified in Article 31 of this Agreement applies.

  • Panel Selection 1. The Parties shall apply the following procedures in selecting a Panel: (a) the Panel shall comprise 3 members; (b) within 15 days following the date of the establishment of the Panel, each Party shall nominate a Panelist; (c) the Parties shall endeavor 2. If a Panelist appointed under this Article resigns or becomes unable to act, a successor Panelist shall be appointed within 30 days in accordance with the selection procedure as prescribed for the appointment of the original Panelist and the successor shall have all the powers and duties of the original Panelist. The work of the Panel shall be suspended during the appointment of the successor Panelist.

  • Volume ACM requires that at least 800 litres of Milk is available for collection at any one time from the Farm. Supplier must ensure that all Milk collected by ACM under this Agreement is refrigerated, agitated and less than 48 hours old at the time of collection.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Personnel Selection Leave 35.6.1 Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process for a position in the Public Service, as defined in the Financial Administration Act, the Council shall grant leave of absence with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Council considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his presence is so required.
