Invalid Assignment. Invalid Assignment. The occupancy by any party other than Tenant or the acceptance by Landlord of the payment of Rent following any Assignment or other transfer prohibited by this Section 16 shall not be deemed to be a consent by Landlord to any such Assignment or other transfer nor shall the same be deemed to be a waiver of any right or remedy of Landlord hereunder nor shall the same be deemed a release of Tenant from the further performance by Tenant of the covenants on the part of Tenant contained in this Lease.
