Invasive Species Management for Reservoirs. Permittee shall implement an invasive species management plan prepared by a Biologist for any existing or proposed reservoir. The plan shall include, at a minimum, an annual survey for invasive aquatic species. The Biologist, if appropriate, shall implement eradication measures if invasive aquatic species are identified as part of the survey.

Invasive Species Management for Reservoirs. Permittee shall implement an Invasive Species Management Plan (ISMP) prepared by a qualified Biologist for any existing or proposed reservoir. The plan shall include, at a minimum, annual seasonally appropriate surveys of invasive aquatic species (i.e., baseline surveys), focused on American bullfrog (Lithobates catesbeianus) and Centrarchid fish. The baseline surveys will form the basis to measure success of the ISMP. The qualified Biologist shall coordinate with CDFW to develop eradication measures appropriate for the identified invasive aquatic species based on site specific Notification #EPIMS-HUM-22999-R1 Streambed Alteration Agreement Page 9 of 19 conditions. An annual monitoring report shall be prepared and submitted to CDFW.
Invasive Species Management for Reservoirs. The Permittee shall submit all required documents described in the Invasive Species Management for Reservoirs (condition 2.25) including subsection 2.25.1, Bullfrog Management Plan no later than December 31 of each year.

When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

  • Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.

  • New Member Orientation The Employer will notify the Union of any newly represented temporary employees. The Union will be given the opportunity to have a Union representative speak with the newly represented temporary employees for not more than thirty (30) minutes to provide information about the Union and this Agreement.
