Common use of Investigation of Grievance Clause in Contracts

Investigation of Grievance. The Local Union President or the grievance designee may request time through the Superintendent or the Superintendent’s Designee to investigate and/or process a grievance. This released time, if approved, will be without loss of time or pay in performing the investigation.

Investigation of Grievance. The Local local Union President or the grievance their designee may request time through the Superintendent or the Superintendent’s Designee Executive Director of Employee Services to investigate and/or process a grievance. This released release time, if approved, will be without loss of time or pay in performing the investigation.

Investigation of Grievance. This released time, if approved, will be without loss of time or pay in performing the investigation. Time Limits Time limits as shown herein may be extended by mutual consent by both parties. Any requests made for extension of time must be in writing.
