The parties have agreed that for the term of this Agreement the persons named in a Letter of Understanding will be recognized as their "Investigators" for purposes of this investigation procedure, subject to receiving their respective consents to their appointment. Selection of a particular named individual to serve in each instance shall be by agreement of the parties.
