THE EXPUNGING OF CERTAIN DISCIPLINARY PENALTIES. Effective the date of ratification of this Agreement, any verbal or written warning, covering any matter other than sexual or personal harassment, theft, breach of trust, or acts of violence, that has been placed on the file of an employee, will subsequently be removed from his file as soon as the employee has been employed for a further continuous period of one (1) year without incurring an additional disciplinary penalty of any kind.

  • LIMITATION OF COUNTY LIABILITY FOR DISALLOWANCES 10.1.   • Investigation of Accidents The Occupational Health and Safety Committees, as provided in Clause 22.2, shall be notified of each accident or injury and shall investigate and report to the Union and Employer on the nature and cause of the accident or injury. In the event of a fatality the Employer shall immediately notify the President of the nature and circumstances of the accident.
