Investigatory Leave. a. The University may place a worker on paid investigatory leave in order to review or investigate allegations of conduct, which in the University's view, would warrant relieving the worker immediately from all work duties. An investigatory leave shall not be considered discipline as defined in this Article. b. Unpaid leaves are used only for allegations of serious violations and shall not exceed one week.
