Investment and Funding Policy. (A) An investment policy shall be established that has as its goal the maintenance of sufficient liquidity to assure the timely payment of benefits and the selection of benefits, which in the long run, will produce a rate of return no less than the rate of return assumed by the actuary in making his/her determination of funding requirements. The Board of Trustees may appoint an investment manager or managers to provide investment counsel.

  • Investment Policy Investment objectives, policies and other restrictions for the management of the Investment Assets, including requirements as to diversification, are set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
