Investment Team Sample Clauses

Investment Team. The Adviser shall manage the Company’s portfolio through a team of investment professionals (the “Investment Team”) dedicated primarily to the Company’s business, in cooperation with the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. The Investment Team shall be comprised of senior personnel of the Adviser, supported by and with access to the investment professionals, analytical capabilities and support personnel of the Adviser.
