INVITATION TO BARGAIN. The Union or the Employer may not more than two months and not less than one month prior to expiration date of this Agreement present to the other, in writing, proposed terms for a new further Agreement and/or amendments to this Agreement. Following such notice, arrangements for a meeting between the Union and the Employer will be secured within one month. At such meeting, the parties will commence negotiations on the proposed amendments and/or terms of a new Agreement.
