Invoiceable Procedures. In the event that the Procedures listed in Appendix 3 are required per Protocol or clinically indicated and need to be completed for a Study subject, Payee will be reimbursed upon receipt of itemized invoice. Reimbursement will be subject to ICON/Sponsor approval.   • Invoice Procedures ‌ Supplier shall remit each invoice to the “bill-to” address provided with the order promptly after all Supplier’s performance obligations have been accepted and in accordance with the milestone payment schedule, if any, in the applicable order or SOW. Payment for any support services, as authorized in the Contract and the Authorized User’s applicable order or SOW, will be annually in arrears unless otherwise stated in this Contract, or in any order or SOW referencing this Contract. No invoice may include any costs other than those identified in the signed order or SOW, and those costs must be in accordance with the schedule of fees listed on Exhibit B. Without limiting the foregoing, all shipping costs are the Supplier’s responsibility except to the extent shipping charges are identified in Exhibit B and noted in any signed order or SOW referencing this Contract. Supplier shall issue invoices that identify, at a minimum:

  • Impasse Procedures The Parties shall seek to reach agreement relative to the appointment of a mediator not later than the sixtieth (60) day preceding the budget submission date. The Parties shall seek to reach agreement relative to the appointment of a fact finder not later than the forty-fifth (45) day preceding the budget submission date. The Parties shall consider but not be limited to the service of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service and the American Arbitration Association for a mediator and fact finder respectively. If the Parties fail to reach an agreement on the choice of a mediator or fact finder, the PELRB shall be petitioned under the provisions of 273-A: 12.

  • Recall Procedures The offer of reemployment shall be made personally or by certified mail, return receipt requested, and the teacher shall be notified that if he/she wishes to accept, he/she must do so in writing within five (5) calendar days of receipt of notice or within ten (10) calendar days of the postmark on the envelope in which the offer is mailed, whichever is shorter. Failure to receive timely acceptance of the offer of reemployment eliminates all reemployment rights of the teacher.

  • Test procedures For an Asset Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will perform for each Asset Review Receivable the procedures listed under “Procedures to be Performed” in Schedule A for each representation and warranty (each, a “Test”), using the Asset Review Materials listed for each such Test in Schedule A. For each Test and Asset Review Receivable, the Asset Representations Reviewer will determine if the Test has been satisfied (a “Test Pass”) or if the Test has not been satisfied (a “Test Fail”).

  • Project Delivery Order Procedures The TIPS Member having approved and signed an interlocal agreement, or other TIPS Membership document, may make a request of the awarded vendor under this Agreement when the TIPS Member has services that need to be undertaken. Notification may occur via phone, the web, email, fax, or in person. Upon notification of a pending request, the awarded vendor shall make contact with the TIPS Member as soon as possible, but must make contact with the TIPS Member within two working days. Scheduling of Projects Scheduling of projects (if applicable) may be accomplished when the TIPS Member issues a Purchase Order and/or an Agreement or Contract that will serve as “the notice to proceed” as agreed by the Vendor and the TIPS Member. The period for the delivery order will include the mobilization, materials purchase, installation and delivery, design, weather, and site cleanup and inspection. No additional claims may be made for delays as a result of these items. When the tasks have been completed the awarded vendor shall notify the client and have the TIPS Member or a designated representative of the TIPS Member inspect the work for acceptance under the scope and terms in the Purchase Order and/or Agreement or Contract. The TIPS Member will issue in writing any corrective actions that are required. Upon completion of these items, the TIPS Member will issue a completion notice and final payment will be issued per the contractual requirements of the project with the TIPS Member. Any Construction contract prepared by the TIPS Member’s Legal Counsel may alter the terms of this subsection, “Scheduling of Projects”.

  • INVOICING PROCEDURES Payments shall be made to the Contractor based upon invoices submitted by the Contractor, provided such invoices have been approved by the Authorized Representative. Payments will be made to the Contractor within thirty (30) days, or within a mutually agreed upon period after County has received complete invoices from the Contractor. The County reserves the right to require such additional documentation, including monthly activity reports detailing the Contractor’s activities and services rendered, as the County deems appropriate to support the payments to the Contractor. The signature of an officer of the Contractor shall appear on all invoices certifying that the invoice has been examined and found to be correct.
