As a member of EFPIA, Biogen shall comply with the codes enacted by EFPIA, including the EFPIA Code on Disclosure of Transfers of Value adopted on 24 June 2013 and the corresponding applicable national disclosure codes (the “Applicable EFPIA Disclosure Codes”). Medtronic shall provide at least thirty (30) days' notice to the lnstitution of any review under this Article that it plans to conduct.
