Involuntary Absence For Public Purpose. If an employee in the regular 38 classified service is necessarily absent in response to an official order of another 39 governmental jurisdiction which has not been brought about through misconduct or 40 connivance on the part of the employee, payment of salary for such necessary 41 absence shall be made upon the submission of such notification and approval by 42 the Board of Education. 43
