Involuntary Lateral Transfers. Transfers shall not be punitive or disciplinary in nature. They shall be based on the educational needs of the District. A. A faculty member may be involuntarily laterally transferred provided (1) minimum qualifications as defined in 5 CCR §53410, (2) reasonableness, and (3) seniority have been appropriately considered.
