INVOLUNTARY TRANSFERS AND REASSIGNMENTS. a. Teachers shall be involuntarily transferred and involuntarily reassigned only for sufficient educational reasons in the best interest of all students. Involuntary transfers and involuntary reassignments shall not be used by any administrator for punitive or disciplinary action.
