Meeting and Appeal. An involuntary transfer shall be made only after a meeting between the employee involved and the immediate supervisor, at which time the employee shall be notified of the reason, therefore in the event that an employee objects to the transfer at this meeting, upon the request of the employee, the Superintendent shall meet with the employee. The employee may, at the employee’s option, have an Association representative present at such meeting.

Meeting and Appeal. An employee who is involuntarily transferred shall be offered a meeting with his/her appropriate administrator to discuss the reason(s) for such transfer. At the employee's request, an Association representative may accompany the employee at such meeting. Upon request, a letter of explanation will be given to any employee involuntarily transferred.
