Xx involuntary transfer or reassignment will be made only after a meeting between the employee involved and the appropriate site administrator, at which time the employee will be notified of the considerations for the transfer and reassignment. If the decision stands following the employee/administrator meeting, the final assignment and considerations shall be summarized in writing.
