Non-Payment/Breach. A late charge of 1-1/2% per month will be applied to each of customer’s service bills not paid by due date. This late charge is applicable to the unpaid balance as of the due date. Customer shall pay OCENS all costs including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees, the fees of any collection agency, and any other costs incurred by OCENS in the exercising any of it’s rights under the agreement. Should customers service be suspended by non-payment OCENS will charge a decommissioning fee of $200 per mobile terminal for re-activation of the suspended terminal;

Non-Payment/Breach. A late charge of the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum percentage allowed by law will be applied to each of Customer’s service bills not paid by the due date. This late charge is applicable to the unpaid balance as of the due date. Customer shall pay Global Marine Networks all costs including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, the fees of any collection agency, and any other costs incurred by Global Marine Networks in exercising any of its rights under the Agreement. Should Customer’s service be suspended for non-payment, Global Marine Networks will charge a decommissioning fee of $50.00 per mobile terminal for re-activation of the suspended terminal. Global Marine Networks charges a fee of $35.00 for returned checks.
Non-Payment/Breach. GlobaFone will charge a finance charge of 1.5% per month to Customer’s overdue invoices. Invoices will be presented per client instructions. If there are any errors in the invoice, it is the client’s responsibility to notify GlobaFone immediately upon receipt. Late notification of invoice errors shall not justify paying invoices late. Non-Payment/Breach. The accepted exploration contract does not apply to an exploration tenement (nor to the carrying out of exploration activities under that exploration tenement), where it is an exploration tenement of a kind referred to in paragraph (b), (c) or (d) of the definition of authorised exploration tenement , granted in respect of the whole or any portion of the land and/or waters (within the acceptance area), in the following circumstances: (a) the explorer has allegedly breached an essential term in clause 6.1, 6.3 or 6.4(b); (b) within 20 business days of the association or the representatives of the explorer (with a copy to the state) setting out: (i) details of that alleged breach; and (ii) that the explorer is required to remedy that alleged breach within a period of 20 business days of the date of that notice; (c) the explorer has not remedied that alleged breach within the 20 business days period notified by the indigenous parties under clause 14.1(b)(ii) and that 20 business days period expires prior to the grant of that exploration tenement; (d) the state is given a notice by the explorer or the association not less than 5 business days before the grant of that exploration tenement that it has been agreed, resolved or determined pursuant to clause 16 or otherwise that the explorer has breached that essential term; ; and (e) prior to the grant of that exploration tenement, the explorer has not remedied that breach.
Non-Payment/Breach. A charge in the amount of no less than $30.00 will apply for any check or other negotiable instrument tendered by you and returned unpaid by a financial institution for any reason.
