IRREGULAR BIDS. Bids made on other than the documents furnished by the Purchasing Office may not be considered. Changes in phraseology, additions, or limiting provisions made on the Invitation To Bid may render the bid irregular and may cause rejection.

IRREGULAR BIDS. The Contractor understands that the bid must show the unit prices for all material or services which are proposed to be furnished, and that extensions must be shown and that if not so shown, their bid may be rejected as irregular.
IRREGULAR BIDS. Submissions made on documents other than the ones furnished by the Procurement and Contracts Division may not be considered. Changes in phraseology, additions, or limiting provisions made on the Invitation for Bids may render the bid irregular and may cause rejection. The City’s Chief Procurement Officer, however has the authority to waive minor irregularities.

  • WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Bids may be withdrawn by bidders prior to the time set for official opening. After time has been called, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty-five days after the time and date of opening except as provided in O.C.G.A Section 13-10-22 (appreciable error in calculation of bid). Negligence or error on the part of any bidder in preparing his bid confers no right of withdrawal or modification of his bid after time has been called except as provided by Georgia law.

Bids submitted for continuous or periodic recruitment contract awards must meet the submission requirements associated with their specifications. Delays in United States mail deliveries or any other means of transmittal, including couriers or agents of the Authorized User shall not excuse late Bid submissions. Similar types of delays, including but not limited to, bad weather, or security procedures for parking and building admittance shall not excuse late Bid submissions. Determinations relative to Bid timeliness shall be at the sole discretion of the Commissioner.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.
