Irrigation infrastructure. With the aim of promoting family farm production and the campesino economy in general, by guaranteeing democratic and environmentally sustainable access to water, the national Government will draw up and implement a national irrigation and drainage plan for the campesino, family and community-based economy. Implementation of the plan will be based on the following criteria: • Promotion and application of appropriate technological irrigation and drainage solutions for the campesino, family and community-based economy, in accordance with the particular features of the various zones, their rural productive project and the communities themselves. • Rehabilitation of the irrigation infrastructure for the campesino, family and community-based economy. • Assisting user associations in the design and creation of irrigation and drainage projects. • Technical assistance and promotion of the organizational capabilities of communities to guarantee the upkeep, administration and economic and environmental sustainability of the irrigation and drainage projects. • Promotion of appropriate practices for the use of water in irrigation. • Preparatory measures to mitigate climate change risks.

  • Utility Infrastructure During the term of this Agreement, Company will have the right to receive water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, telecommunication and data services at the Premises.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.

  • Maintenance and Repair – Line Sharing 3.6.1 C.M. shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any Loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If C.M. is using a BellSouth owned splitter, C.M. may access the Loop at the point where the combined voice and data signal exits the central office splitter via a bantam test jack. If C.M. provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.
