Drainage Plan. The Owner shall provide for grading and drainage of the subject lands all in accordance with a Drainage Plan and the Engineering Data. Drainage facilities and requirements shall be constructed and installed contemporaneously with the construction of the development. The Owner shall supply, construct or install all facilities and works necessary to connect the Owner's drainage system to the Municipality's storm sewer system, and shall pay to the Municipality any connection charges associated therewith.
Drainage Plan. Prior to the registration of this Agreement, the Developer shall have a Master grading and drainage plan and stormwater management report as required approved by the Town's Engineer and other authorities as required; and lodged with the Town. All lots shall be graded in accordance with this plan as part of initial site works. Each lot shall have site specific lot grading and drainage plans, confirming development is and will be in accordance with the overall plan. This site specific plan shall include details of foundation drains and sump outlet, finished floor elevation, in addition to any other usual details needed to confirm conformity with the overall drainage plan on the lands.
Drainage Plan. The Town Board may, at any time that a property owner or developer petitions for acceptance of a road require said property owner or developer to present a drainage plan for all of the property owned by said property owner or developer.
Drainage Plan. The Drainage Plan shall be prepared in accordance with the Storm Drainage Design Criteria and Drainage Policies for the City of Pueblo, Colorado, published June 9, 1997, or as same may hereafter be amended (MANUAL) and be certified by a Professional Engineer competent in the field of surface water drainage engineering and registered in the State of Colorado. The Drainage Plan shall address surface water drainage within the Property and onto the Property from other areas, as well as the effects of the development of the Property upon downstream properties and drainage facilities. Water quality management and erosion control measures will be incorporated in the Drainage Plan to meet NPDES requirements. Associated impacts on City’s existing and proposed surface water drainage system shall be identified in the Drainage Plan, and those impacts which are reasonably attributable to the development of the Property as determined by the City, in its sole discretion, shall be mitigated through surface water drainage improvements installed by and at the expense of the Petitioner. The Drainage Plan shall include a phasing plan or schedule for such improvements. Storm water detention facilities, designed and constructed in accordance with the MANUAL, may be used to mitigate the increased runoff due to development of the Property.
Drainage Plan. A drainage plan will be prepared showing proposed drainage improvements for the playgrounds. This plan will include additional inlets if required to collect surface drainage. The plans will not include profiles of storm sewer lines or storm sewer inlet/pipe calculations. A drainage area map will not be provided with this project. It is assumed that the existing storm sewer system has capacity to receive flows from this project and that the record drawings for the existing storm sewer system surrounding the proposed park site include hydraulic calculations which will be reviewed as part of the storm sewer design.
Stormwater flows from subdivisions within the Property must be detained and/or retained as determined by the Director of Public Works. The Petitioner shall construct, at its sole expense, such detention and retention facilities, along with the complete stormwater conveyance system (collectively the "Drainage Facilities") in full compliance with the MANUAL and the City's Standard Construction Specifications and Standard Details, published March 28, 2005, or as either may be hereafter amended and as shown on the construction plans approved by the Director of Public Works. The Petitioner, at its sole expense, shall be responsible for the acquisition and dedication of all on-site and off-site easements to facilitate the installation of the Drainage Facilities on and off the Property and to provide conveyance for site stormwater run-off to downstream receiving waters. The Drainage Plan shall address surface water drainage within the Property, upstream drainage tributary to the Property, as well as effects of the development of the Property upon downstream properties and drainage facilities. Negative impacts on the surrounding properties, as determined by the City's Director of Public Works, which are reasonably attributable to the development shall be mitigated through stormwater drainage improvements installed by and at the expense of the Petitioner. Additionally, if off-site downstream storm drainage facilities are determined to be inadequate, supplemental detention and retention facilities must be constructed by the Petitioner. The Drainage Plan shall include a phasing plan or schedule addressing proposed drainage improvements for the Property. Stormwater releases, water quality management, and erosion control measures shall be incorporated into the Drainage Plan to meet current and future NPDES requirements. The Petitioner must reduce peak flows and run-off volumes from the Property, to the maximum extent practicable, to levels that existed prior to any development within the Property, or to levels that are capable of being handled by the downstream drainage facilities, whichever is less, as determined ...
Drainage Plan. Prior to the signing of this Agreement, the Developer shall have a drainage plan and report approved by the Township's engineer and other authorities as required.
Drainage Plan. The Parties agree that CEMEX provided a written drainage plan (entitled Azusa North Slope Remedial Grading Project Specifications) including hydrology calculations dated May 27, 2008 that is deemed acceptable to Northrop Grumman pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement, subject to further review and approval by Northrop Grumman if there are further changes for any reason. No change in the drainage plan will be acceptable to Northrop Grumman in the event that the distance (the “Buffer Zone”) between the top of any portion of the slope from the horizontal surface and the Expanded Option Property boundary with the Northrop Grumman Property is less than 50 feet. In the event the earthen berm is moved, for any reason, so that the Buffer Zone is less than 50 feet at any point, the Agreement and this Addendum shall be further amended to provide for the enlargement of the Expanded Option Property, in a rectangular configuration with boundaries parallel to the existing easterly and southerly boundaries of the Northrop Grumman Property, so as to provide for a 50 foot Buffer Zone, and CEMEX shall pay to Northrop Grumman the sum of NINETEEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY TWO CENTS ($19.22) per square foot for the additional square footage by which the Expanded Option Property is so enlarged. As of the date of this Addendun, the City has not made a determination as to whether the Drainage Plan is acceptable. As a result, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that the remainder of Section 10 of the Agremeent remains to be performed by CEMEX, including the requirement to obtain said written approval from the City and the obligation of CEMEX to diligently commence and complete all construction, improvements, and other actions required by the drainage plan.
