Issue of Vouchers. 8.1 Upon approval of a Claim for Basic Needs Benefit, a Voucher will be issued to the Beneficiary (including the Primary Beneficiary or the Secondary Beneficiary as provided for in clause 6 of this Part V), which Voucher will be activated with effect from the 25th of the Month immediately following the Month of approval of the Claim ("Voucher Start Date").

  • Issue of supplementary card We may issue a supplementary card to a person nominated by the basic cardmember and approved by us as a supplementary cardmember, in which event this clause 11, in addition and without prejudice to the other terms and conditions of this agreement, applies. The basic cardmember acknowledges that we may, in our discretion, allow the supplementary cardmember to activate the digital version of his/her supplementary card, prior to receipt of the physical version of such supplementary card. The digital version of the supplementary card (comprising of the digital card credentials), may be used by the supplementary cardmember to perform transactions on the relevant supplementary card. In such event, both basic and supplementary cardholder will be liable for the transactions performed using the digital version of the supplementary card in accordance with this clause.

  • Issue of xxxxxxxx notices If you have not paid your bill by the pay-by date, we will send you a reminder notice that payment is required. The reminder notice will give you a further due date for payment which will be not less than 6 business days after we issue the notice.

  • Supplementary cardmember’s liability The supplementary cardmember is liable only for that part of the total outstanding balance in respect of his supplementary card; he is not liable in any way for such part of the total outstanding balance in relation to the card issued to the basic cardmember and any supplementary card issued to any other supplementary cardmember.

  • Supplementary Card a card which is issued by the Bank to the client and/or other person nominated by the client and which is linked to the existing card account of the client;

  • Issue of PIN We may in our absolute discretion issue a PIN to you and/or permit you to select or change the PIN via TBS. We may send you the PIN by ordinary post at your sole risk.

  • Application for Vacancies All employees under this Agreement, including those on layoff status, may submit application in writing for any vacancy which is posted pursuant to this Article.

  • Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills/Supplementary Bills 10.2.1 The SPD shall issue to SECI hard copy of a signed Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx for the immediately preceding Month/relevant period based on the issuance of Energy Accounts along with all relevant documents (payments made by SPD for drawal of power, payment of reactive energy charges, Metering charges or any other charges as per guidelines of SERC/CERC, if applicable. Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts issued by RPC or any other competent authority which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the regulations of respective State the Project is located in.

  • Notice of Vacancies ‌‌ The employer shall post and publish notice of all vacancies sufficiently in advance of the hiring date to afford all employees who are eligible to apply for the vacancy an equal opportunity to submit an application for the vacancy.
