The Court appoints Xxxxxx & Co., LLC, as receiver (the “Receiver”) for the Receivership Estate (as defined below), and to manage the winding up of SJBPH’s affairs, including but not limited to the disposition of its assets, liabilities, leases, vital records, and medical records. Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, an individual and a member/manager of Xxxxxx & Co., LLC, shall serve as the sole agent of the Receiver for the purposes of this Order, the Receivership Estate, and this action.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT. The Court approves the Settlement Agreement, which is attached as Exhibit A. All of the terms and provisions of the Settlement Agreement are incorporated into this Order. The Trustee is instructed to consummate the Settlement Agreement and to enforce its terms.
