Common use of Janitorial Service Clause in Contracts

Janitorial Service. Tenant shall not employ any person or persons other than the cleaning service of Landlord for the purpose of cleaning the Premises, unless otherwise agreed by Landlord in writing. If Tenant’s actions result in any increased expense for any required cleaning, Landlord may assess Tenant for such expenses.
