Job Classification Plan. The Employer agrees to establish and maintain a formal system of job classifications. The classification plan shall establish a system by which all bargaining unit positions are evaluated according to: professional requirements, required expertise, supervision, financial responsibility, level of decision and/or policy influence, reporting lines, and complexity. Actual salary placement of a successful applicant shall be based upon experience, qualifications and other factors, to include internal salary equity with market considerations given.
