JOB CONDITIONS. The Contractor shall satisfy himself as to the character and amount of different soil materials, groundwater and the subsurface conditions to be encountered in the work to be performed. Information and data, when furnished, are for the Contractor’s general information. However, it is expressly understood that any interpretation or conclusion drawn there from is totally the responsibility of the Contractor. Engineer assumes no liability for the accurateness of the data reported.
