Removal of Rubbish. The University reserves the right to remove rubbish that is considered to be a Health and Safety hazard with immediate effect, and may apply a written warning for breach of Health and Safety within the Accommodation.

Removal of Rubbish. In any event, upon the occurrence of damage or destruction, Concessionaire shall remove all rubbish, debris, merchandise, furniture, furnishings, equipment and other items of its personal property within five (5) days after request being made by the City.
