Removal of Rubbish. The University reserves the right to remove rubbish that is considered to be a Health and Safety hazard with immediate effect, and may apply a written warning for breach of Health and Safety within the Accommodation.
Removal of Rubbish. In any event, upon the occurrence of damage or destruction, Concessionaire shall remove all rubbish, debris, merchandise, furniture, furnishings, equipment and other items of its personal property within five (5) days after request being made by the City.

The Contractor shall remove and cart away from the site all piles of rubbish, debris, waste material and wood cratings as they accumulate and when directed by the Engineer. The Contractor shall employ and keep engaged for this purpose an adequate force of laborers.
Removal of Rubbish. The Buyer cannot rescind this contract nor take, make or raise any objection or requisition or Claim for Loss or other relief if:
(a) prior to, at or following settlement of this contract, any junk or rubbish is on, in, about or attached to the Property, nor can the Buyer require the Seller to remove such items; or
(b) any fixtures (to the extent they do not form part of the Property), fittings, furnishings or chattels are left on, in, about or attached to the Property as at or following settlement.
Removal of Rubbish. All refuse, rubbish or surplus material remaining after approved memorial works are completed shall be immediately removed from the cemetery by the person carrying out the same.

If excess rubbish is left, either in a study bedroom or communal area at the Accommodation at the end of the period of letting, an estimate for its removal will be obtained by Student Housing Services. The exact amount chargeable will then be finalised with a quote from contractors. A charge will be made per resident to reimburse the cost to the University. Please note kitchen bins should be emptied on a daily basis.
Removal of Rubbish. You are permitted to leave a maximum of two (2) black bags of rubbish in the bins located outside the main entrance of the hall at the end of the period of your hire. You are responsible for removing any additional bags of rubbish from the Hall site.

The Vendor shall remove all surplus materials, waste, and rubbish arising from the provision of the Services and shall leave the working area clean, tidy and to the satisfaction of the Company. The Vendor shall dispose of any rubbish or waste in an environmentally responsible manner. Should the Company have to expend effort to clear the working area, then the costs of such effort

Removal of Rubbish. 1. The Contractor shall, at all times, keep the premises free of all waste or surplus materials, rubbish and debris caused by his/her employees or resulting from his/her work. Contractor will provide cleaning devices such as shop vacs.
2. In case of dispute, the OCCC will remove rubbish, excess materials, or do all cleaning required and charge the costs to the Contractor.
3. Contractor will be responsible for properly disposing of excess painting materials to comply with OCCC, State, and Federal waste disposal guidelines. OCCC guidelines will be provided by the OCCC Sustainability Coordinator upon contract award.
