Common use of Job Evaluation Appeal Officers Clause in Contracts

Job Evaluation Appeal Officers. (a) The Parties agree that Job Evaluation Appeal Officers shall be designated from the respective staffs of each Party and will typically consist of an officer of the Union and a Human Resources representative from the Company. (b) The primary responsibility of the Job Evaluation Appeal Officers will be to ensure that job descriptions accurately describe job duties and responsibilities, are evaluated fairly and equitably relative to each other under the Job Evaluation Plan, and to process appeals under Article 5.05.
