PAY DAY AND PAY STATEMENTS. Section 20.1 All employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid on a bi-weekly basis by direct deposit. Section 20.2 All bank charges on pay cheques shall be paid by the Company. Section 20.3 In the event of payroll errors on pay cheques within the fiscal period, over seventy-five dollars ($75.00), the Company agrees to provide a separate cheque in the proper amount within three (3) business days after receipt of full and complete discrepancy form and accompanying backup.

PAY DAY AND PAY STATEMENTS. (a) All employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid not less frequently than on a bi-weekly basis, all wages earned by such employees to a day not more than three (3) working days prior to the day of payment. (b) The Employer shall provide every employee covered by this Agreement with a separate or detachable written or printed itemized statement in respect of all wage payments to such employee. Such statement shall set forth the total hours worked, the total overtime hours worked, either time and one-half (1½) or double time, the rate of wages applicable and all deductions made from the gross amount of wages.

Remaining shifts to receive statements not later than Friday noon. Cutoff date for pay period ending every second Saturday at the end of the night shift. Also, a running gross and net total of all earnings and deductions. (c) When there is an error of short payment or any other type of error caused by the payroll section, this shall be corrected and any monies owing shall be paid not later than two (2) working days from the date the Company's payroll official is notified of the error; providing, however, that amounts less than $10.00 will be paid on the next pay day. In the event of a complaint regarding monies earned or hours worked, employees shall have access to their time cards in question.

All monies shall be paid to each employee no later than the employee’s quitting time on the regular pay date, or the employee’s final shift in that pay period. All employees are encouraged to use direct bank deposit and all new employees will be paid by direct bank deposit. 11.2 The University shall provide every employee covered by this Agreement with access to view and print an electronic version of his/her pay statement. Such statements shall set forth the total hours worked, the total overtime hours worked, the rate of wages applicable and all deductions made from the gross amount of wages. 11.3 The intent of this Article is to provide for the timely repayment of monies owed by employees in the event of overpayment of wages.

The electronic statement shall be made available for printing at the Company facility. 14.03 Timesheets shall be completed by the appropriate process support personnel or Management on Thursdays each week. All employees will be required to review and sign their timecard each week. In the event the employee is unable to sign their timecard, Management will review and submit the timecard with the best available information. 14.04 Every effort will be made to correct pay discrepancies in a reasonable time frame.

The Company must complete its investigation within (3) business days and provide accompanying backup to the employee. In case of failure of the Company’s present system (SITT) / Non-billable sheet, the Company shall deem the employee has worked as per his/her schedule.

For each day beyond the four (4) days, the matter is not corrected, the employee shall be paid an additional ten percent (10%) of the amount involved. If after four (4) days of the Xxxxxxx being notified, the matter is not corrected, then the employee shall notify the person designated by the Management. (d) Employees may elect to have their pay cheques deposited directly into a bank account of their choosing or to receive their pay cheques directly. Cheques will be distributed or automatic deposits disbursed from Titan's bank on the second Thursday following the pay period. (e) The Employer shall record on each employee's T-4 slip, the total Union dues deducted and submitted on behalf of that employee.
PAY DAY AND PAY STATEMENTS. 17.01 Pay day shall continue on the same basis as presently established. 17.02 The Employer shall continue to provide every employee covered by this Agreement with itemized statements in respect of all wage payments as were provided prior to this Agreement coming into force. This provision shall not preclude present practice being changed by mutual agreement. In this respect, agreement will not be unreasonably withheld by the Union where legitimate reasons exist for change of practice by the Employer.
