JOB EVALUATION COMMITTEE REPRESENTATION. The Job Evaluation Committee (JEC) shall consist of four (4) members, two (2) CUPE representatives and two (2) University Representatives. Each party shall appoint a Co- Chair and will train alternates to replace members who are unable to attend Committee meetings.

JOB EVALUATION COMMITTEE REPRESENTATION. The Job Evaluation Committee (JEC) shall consist of three (3) members, including two CUPE representatives and one HR Representative. The HR Representative will chair the committee. CUPE may appoint alternates to rotate with the Human Resources Representative to conduct evaluations. The Union shall be entitled to appoint an alternate member who may replace a CUPE appointee who is unable to attend.

  • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement. The parties agree that a guiding principle for the Committee is that there shall be no discrimination between male and female employees wherein a person of one sex is paid more than a person of the other sex for similar or substantially similar work.

  • Employee Representation Clauses 49, 50 and 51 of this Agreement outline the rights for employee representatives and Union Delegates when assisting Employees.
