Job Security For Employees i. The College recognizes that the role of faculty is primary within the instructional activities of the College. Although effective delivery of post-secondary education and training requires flexibility to respond to the needs of a diverse range of clients, contracting out will not detract from the primary role of faculty employees.
ii. Contracting out will not result in the lay-off, or loss of Non-Regular Seniority List right of first refusal of any employee covered by this agreement.
